We will start with a
Complimentary
Consultation where you will provide us the details of the event
including the number of guests, stationary needed, and event location, etc. We will
also discuss the creative details: colors, embellishments, themes,
fonts, and sizes, etc. In order to help us better serve you please
complete the form under the "Request
A Quote" tab. The consultation
will be done initially over the telephone. After this initial meeting
further details will be discussed most efficiently through email
contact.
**If
you are located in the Metro Detroit area we will be happy to meet
with you for an "in-person" consultation. Please send us an
email and let us know a few dates that you would be able to meet**
We have designs to fit
most budgets and we
will work with you to give you exactly what you imagined for your special
day. Before creating the sample we will go over your budget
and how much will be spent per piece in order to create the perfect
sample for you.
*The quote we provide will
be based on the type of materials you would like present in your
design.

Next,
we will create up to two samples of your special stationary which will
require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to
your final balance, if an order is placed. The deposit is to cover the time and special materials put
into the sample. This sample will be completed after we are given
the exact wording, event details, and any requests for special
quotes/poems. Upon completion of the sample, detailed photographs
and explanations will be emailed to you. If you wish to see your
sample in person, it can be mailed to you by request only.
**The $50 deposit is requested when you place your order at least
6-8 weeks before your stationary is needed, otherwise a 50% deposit
is required to begin the design process**
The details for your
stationary will be provided to us on a special form that will be
submitted to you once
we reach that phase of the design process.
Please allow
1-3
weeks to complete the sample depending on the intricacy of the
design and any special ordered materials.
Pricing: Our prices vary depending upon the types of details
you would like in your special piece.
Stationary Prices can range
from $1 to
$15 and up.
All orders are individually priced
based on the stationary type, design, and materials.
(There
is no minimum order required, but discounts are available when
larger quantities
are purchased
on certain types of stationary)
Upon the
final approval of the sample we will finalize the quantity
needed and place the order. We will include any "Extras" needed to
go with your order, shipping costs, and taxes (MI has
a 6% sales tax) in order to give you a
final balance. A 50% deposit of the
total balance is required initially to begin production, and the
remaining 50% must be paid before the order is shipped.
Please
allow 4-6 weeks for production due the the handcrafted details of
each piece and any special ordering that is needed...so make sure
you order early!
Rush orders (anything needed
before 4 weeks) can be placed if our current projects allow for it,
additional charges will apply.

Due to the originality of each piece we
can't guarantee each piece will be exactly alike and slight
variations may occur. Also, we will not be responsible for
meeting time restraints due to the client not responding in an
efficient amount of time.
From beginning to end all approval and
production processes will be done online and through email.
**Because each piece is
customized for the individual client we cannot accept any returns or
exchanges. Once the final quantity is given and the deposit is
paid we CAN NOT change the quantity to a lesser amount, but the
amount can be increased**

We will ship your package via USPS mail or by UPS, additional carriers
are available upon request
